Our diesel fire pumps are developed and designed taking reference to foreign technical standards. In case of a building fire, electric fire pumps defy operation due to power failure,this type of fire pumps will be automatically put into operation to ensure fire fight to protect lives and property. The system is configured with a variety of automatic control features to ensure long-term standby unit ready for fire fighting.
Such pumps are mainly used for water supply to fixed firefighting systems (fire hydrant systems, automatic sprinkler systems and water spray systems) in industrial and civil buildings. In addition, they can also be used for water supply systems shared by fire fighting and domestic (productive) purpose, as well as building, municipal, mining, boiler feed water and other occasions.
1.High quality multi-stage pumps, double-suction pumps with a wide range of quantity, pressure and application produced by us are adopted for the units of this series;
2.When a unit receives a valid fire signal or power failure or absence of phase occurs to the power supply system for motorized fire pumps, the unit will automatically start running;
3. The unit is provided with an excellent self alarm feature, including alarm for repeatedly failure of startup to start, for high temperature of diesel engine, alarm and shutdown for engine overspeed , alarm for low battery, for charging failure, for indication of lack of fuel;
4. The unit is equipped with manual and automatic start-up modes, which are practical and easy to use;
5. After the fire signal disappears, the pump will automatically delay shutdown to reduce the intensity of work and cost;
6. The diesel engine and water pump are directly connected to ensure less failure and small vibration;
7. When the battery voltage is low, the unit will automatically start to charge the battery to enough power, and the dual battery circuit design ensures that when a battery fails, the other will kick in automatically; moreover, and batteries work efficiently and reliably without the need for frequent replenishment of liquid;
8. If the quantity and head do not meet actual requirements, it is possible to change the speed of the diesel engine to meet your requirements;
9. The specially designed low temperature pre-heating system guarantees normal startup;
10. It is possible to set the unit to periodic operation to ensure normal standby of the unit.
