Kaiquan ZQ/HQsubmersible axial/mixed flow pumps axial flow pump with blades adjustable when stationary are replacement of traditional axial/mixed-flow pumps. They retain the large quantity of single unit, wide head range, high efficiency and other features, beyond that, the integration of motor and pump enables the pumps to work in a submerged manner, thus the pumps are incomparable by traditional units.
Urban water supply, diversion projects, urban sewage and drainage systems, sewage treatment works, circulating water of thermal power plant, water supply and drainage for docks, water network hub diversion, irrigation and drainage, aquaculture and so on.
1. Convey clean water, mild sewage, and accepts media of a temperature up to 40℃ and PHvalue of 4-10;
2. The excellent water conservancy model is well made to ensure compliance with users' performance requirements;
3. The double mechanical seal prevents leakage; adequately lubricated special thrust bearings in a reasonable structure design with good heat dissipation and long service life are adopted for large axial forces of large pumps;
4. The motors feature Grade Finsulation and high temperature resistance, and come with temperature protection, monitoring, leakage and other warning functions;
5. Control cabinets with 1-to-2 and even 1-to-4 control modes that can work with the pumps of this series will automatically shut down the pumps and allow standby pumps to automatically kick when faults occur; fault signal (self-diagnosis) and other functions are retained to ensure high operational reliability;
6. Working in a submerged way provides good cooling conditions, and operation of the pumps of this series can be described as balance, steadiness, small vibration, and low noise;
