The pumps of the KMB series are horizontal, multi-stage, double-casing, built-in segmental casing centrifugal pumps with high efficiency and low NPSHr. They are categorized under API610 BB5.

1.Hydraulic model: Each product model is provided with two different hydraulic models, for users to choose the best hydraulic model from a wide efficiency area according to the working conditions.
2.Case: the double-case structure reduces leakage and ensures safe and reliable performance.
3.Balancing mechanism: The majority of the axial force generated by the multi-stage impeller is balanced by a balancing device and the rest is borne by the thrust bearing.
4.Support: The center support design will reduce displacement resulting from thermal deformation.
5.Bearing: Rolling bearings, provided as part of standard configuration and lubricated with thin oil, are safe and reliable for a long service life; sliding bearings are also an option.
6.Shaft seal: mechanical seal and necessary auxiliary means are provided depending on conveying media. The shaft seal only bears inlet pressure, hence it is safe and reliable. The water cooling structure is optional for the shaft seal box, depending on the working conditions, to extend the service life of mechanical seal.
7.Flange: Its standards are to be chosen according to actual needs.
8.Direction of rotation: The rotor rotates clockwise when observed from the drive end.
